Some characters are known historical figures: Pontius Pilate, King Herod, Caiaphas and several different Pharaohs.  Many events after the Resurrection probably have some truth in them, as they concern the early mortal Christians&#8217; doings and are light on miracles.  At the very least the Bible is set in some real places, such as Jerusalem and Memphis (in Egypt, not America).<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNot believing in gods is what makes you an atheist.
